A very Happy Thanksgiving to the Haugen's, from Kansas where the anticipation for the up coming holiday season is at fever pitch.
We are anxiously waiting for Peter and Mary's families. They arrive Wednesday and Lisa's parents Jon and Kathy Beal to arrive early Thursday. I feel like I've been cooking all week so that I can be free to enjoy the festivities.
Mylo and I arrived home on Nov. 8, in a u-haul truck with 136,000 miles on it. We had traveled just over 1300 miles. The clerk at u-haul said she'd be hesitant to take the truck across town, but since it was the only one available Granny and Jed Clampert headed out across country. The potential for disaster was enormous, but with just a few adventures we arrived safe and sound. We are struggling a bit to get two households into one, but making headway. We are also busy with construction, as we convert the shop area into a rec room. It's hard to distinguish the sheet rock dust from the lefsa dust.
Wedding plans continue. Mylo and I plan a trip to Boulder and Colorado Springs early Dec. to finalize everything.
Rehearsal dinner (minimal rehearsal) will be an informal affair at the church, everyone is welcome. Probably sixish, we will have so many small children we'll try and accomodate. Dress comfortably and informally, it is ski season, and pray for good traveling weather.
Special greeting's to the Sletto's as they celebrate Birthdays, Anniversarys, Thanksgiving, Christmas and another Birthday.

Priscilla,
Glad the Clampets made it!
Please let me know if there is anything we can bring to the rehearsal dinner or help in anyway.
